Ashley has called Ruidoso home since 2013 and has spent the last several years making the case that this community is still worth insuring — in front of the Department of Insurance and the state fire marshal, on the Rotary, the CWPP, and the wildfire alliance, and in the defensible-space seminars she holds so homeowners can prove their homes deserve coverage. She writes commercial and life insurance personally, and she has filed claims through two fires and a flood alongside the people she insures. Summit Crest is her independent agency: dozens of carriers instead of one, and a neighbor on the other end of the phone.

Blake writes personal lines for Summit Crest: home, auto, and the other policies that protect a household.

Sara handles customer service for Summit Crest: payments, policy changes, certificates, and questions about an existing policy.

Wyatt handles data and back-end operations for Summit Crest, keeping client records and agency systems accurate behind the scenes.
